The hotel provided a wide range of choices for breakfast and the restaurant had great food options. The large rooms were spacious and had private onsen which was very convenient. Additionally, the staff were friendly and customer-oriented.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The beds at this place were extremely comfortable. For dinner, we decided to check out Shokudo, which was just a short 1000 feet walk away from here! 🍽️

Located in the mountains, this hotel offers a peaceful escape from the busy city life. the affordable shuttle service is a great alternative to taking a taxi to the nearby village. the room was spacious and accommodated a private hot spring tub. the staff was polite and attentive, even providing free daily activities. Breakfast was tasty and included a variety of dishes.
The lighting in the room was dim and could have been brighter.

Room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and fresh. the shuttle service to nearby attractions was convenient, and the onsite restaurant had a variety of options to choose from. the staff was generally friendly and willing to assist with any questions or concerns.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the carpets in the common areas and hallways were stained and dirty, and the bathroom in the room had a persisting unpleasant odor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and customer-oriented, ensuring that every detail of my stay was taken care of. I really appreciated their attention to detail and it made my experience invaluable. The restaurant here was also excellent, offering a delicious semibuffet with a great selection of mostly Western dishes. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices available. I also enjoyed the evening performer, although the volume could have been a bit lower so it would be easier to chat with my friend.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice large rooms, private bath areas, well-maintained public bath with different pools, friendly and customer-oriented staff, wonderful experience, delicious food.

The spacious rooms with hot spring tubs were luxurious and provided a great escape from the usual stress of work. The complimentary daily activities were fun and informative, adding to the overall experience. The location was a bit secluded, but the helpful staff provided convenient transportation options to explore the surrounding area.
Some amenities felt a bit outdated, but they were still functional. , while the meals were tasty and included in the rate, the variety of dishes offered was limited and might not cater to everyone’s preferences.
